Setting the stage for next-level virtual events
A corner-LED studio set & multi-camera set-up in Level 3 restrictions allowed us to push boundaries between online and interactive & elevate this internal event to a highly engaging audience experience. Participants were brought into the studio as if it were live TV & allowed our MC Nigel Latta to interact with his entire audience, live.
Augmented reality, extended reality, & custom content added an extra dimension to the online experience. The fast-moving event included panel sessions, a mix of live & virtual presenters, live q & a to the screen, Slido writing live to the studio screen & ‘beaming’ in audience members to the live studio, on mass & individually.
